2019 First Pres Prep Car Show Registration

Join this exciting event by registering your car or becoming a sponsor below! Gates will open on April 6 at 8:30 a.m., and all entrants must be parked by 10:30 a.m. The event starts at 11:00 a.m. – rain or shine – and ends approximately at 3:00 p.m. with all vehiclen entrants leaving the event after the awards ceremony.

Registering your car or becoming a sponsor is easy! Just complete the 6 simple steps below and join our fun-filled family day April 6!

5 Easy Steps to Enter Your Car or Be a Sponsor!

1. Review Options and Add to Cart
Review the Car Registration and Sponsorship options and click “Add to Cart” for your choice. Sponsorship descriptions are easily accessible by clicking the “more info” link.

2. Check your cart and Check out
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and review your choices in the Cart. You can add more cars here. Once reviewed, click “Check out with Paypal” to go to the payment screen.

3. Pay
Fill out your contact and payment information on the payment screen and complete your order.

4. Return to Merchant — Enter your car info
Once payment has processed, please click the “Return to Merchant” button to enter the car(s) information for your car(s) that you registered.

5. Send us your logo, if applicable
If you purchased a Sponsorship, don’t forget to send us your high res. transparent background .png logo by March 15, so we can include you in materials detailed in your package. You can also contact us with any questions – we are happy to help!

• Reserved Premium Space at Presentation Area for the entire day of the event
• 2 Sponsor banners at 2 premium locations at the event (sponsor may provide banners up to 8’ wide; or have two pre-designed 4’x6’ banners with name & logo for no additional cost)
• Emcee recognition of Sponsor throughout the April 6th event • Sponsor name, logo and website highlighted on FPPS Social Media

Pre-designed “street sign” prepared with sponsor’s name and information (up to 3 lines of text)

First Pres Prep’s Charity Car Show will take place rain or shine, unless severe weather causes cancellation. There is no rain date and no refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled; your sponsorship package and car registration payment will be considered a donation to First Pres Prep, a 501(c) charitable non-profit organization, Tax ID#95-1855663.

Gate opens to car entrants on April 6 at 8:30 am and entrant must be parked by 10:30 am, or parking space will be released to be filled. The event starts at 11:00 am and ends approximately at 3:00 pm with all vehicle entrants leaving the event after the awards ceremony. Entrants cannot remove their vehicle(s) prior to 3 pm per The First Pres Prep fire permit and the safety of all guests attending.

All proceeds benefit First Presbyterian Preparatory School’s scholarship opportunities and continued mission to promote academic excellence through its education programs and assemblies. All contributions are tax deductible as permitted by law. First Presbyterian Preparatory School is part of the First Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills, a nonprofit 501(c) corporation. Tax identification number is 95-1855663.

By making this purchase, I hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury to myself or others in my party, or for any loss or damage to my vehicle, equipment, and personal property whether by accident, vandalism, acts of God, or any other cause which may occur during my participation in this event, and hereby indemnify release and hold harmless from any and all claims the entity known as First Presbyterian Preparatory School, its directors, officers and volunteers. By purchasing, I agree that I either own the vehicle entered or that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the owner/company and that I agree that I have read all this information in its entirety.
